Fantastic Sams Hair Salons at 466 North Doheny Drive, West Hollywood, California.

I raced across town to get a haircut before the beginning of the week on Sunday to make it in time for their closing at 6:00 pm. Came here at 5:31 pm. Just as I was pulling the door open to walk in, a lady pulled the door back and locked it - in my face. Her explanation was that they don't take any more appointments after 5:30. Their sign clearly states they are open until 6:00. I would NOT have wasted my time to come had I known that. However, my biggest complaint was how rude the lady was when she pulled the door back and turned me away with the explanation "they told me to lock the door".
