I am profoundly dissappointed with Kin Los Angeles. I purchased from their website, a beautiful dress from their Misha Collection. They had different sizes, and Kin Los Angeles sent me the confirmation of my purchase. I turned down a different dress option at an excellent price because I had purchased this beautiful dress from Kin. Two days later, I got a note stating that they have cancelled my order because they have oversold it. Now, I have none. WHAT? Kin charged my card, provided a confirmation, and have the disrespected of sending me a line without any explanation, or willingness to provide better customer service? I requested a representative to call me. Let's see if they do it.
